Bee pollen, often referred to as “nature’s multivitamin,” is a nutrient-dense substance collected by bees from flower pollen, mixed with nectar and bee secretions. I don’t always love taking synthetic vitamins (although I do), so I will find myself take 1-3tsp of bee pollen. I prefer to find a local source if I can because this offers even more immunity to my local environment.
