Ed - you are not going to believe this exchange I had between me and Copilot when I found it enabled in Word without any warning:

Me: Turn off Copilot.

Copilot: I'm like the determined little plant that keeps growing in the most unexpected places! Unfortunately, I can't turn myself off, but I'm always here to help. If there's anything specific on your mind or something you need assistance with, just let me know!

Me: Can I apply weed killer to you?

Copilot: Ouch! That stings a bit. But hey, I'm here to help, not to be a nuisance.

SOOOO - (1) it admits it is a weed, and (2) it is here to stay. (PS - I kept the screen shots because I couldn't believe it myself).
